As part of our intellectual property practice at the Nurick Law Group, LLC, the patent division will provide patent application preparation and patent prosecution. Each of our patent practitioners, registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), hold undergraduate or advanced degrees in engineering, computer science or science. Members of the patent practice also handle patent litigation, working in conjunction with the firm’s Litigation Department.
